Project 1 - Jessica Tenenbaum

I chose this image to show just because I've always wished there were some mountains in coastal Georgia (where I'm from). So now I know how to add some.

1. I was surprised at how many effects could be achieved with just the brush tool. And the lasso tool made it much easier to be a little sloppy around the edges.

2. I think the biggest challenge is just getting my hand to be less clumsy and awkward with the mouse when making strokes. I also found it challenging trying to figure out what brush or combination of brushes would create the look I wanted.

3. I think I would mostly use these tools to create fun borders and abstract effects. But with a little patience, they were pretty good at making some subtle changes in the photos as well.
