Project 3 - Virgil Anderson

1. Which selection tools did you think worked best for specific elements in an image?
I think that each of the tools has a specific function depending on the situation and typically the tools work best in conjunction with one another. For images with simple backgrounds, I prefer the magic wand tool, but for complicated images I like the quick selection tool.

2. What tools/skills used to create simple composite do think you might use again?
The most difficult task and probably the one I would consider to be the most important from this project was the ability to create good lines and cut an object out.

3. How would you use these tools in future projects?
Using these tools in both graphic design as well as web design is going to be invaluable.  Just the process of making a header for a website would use many of the tools in this exercise.

4. What keyboard shortcuts are you using regularly now?
Copy, paste, undo.

5. What challenges did you experience in the process?
getting the selection exactly the way i wanted it.  You have to think creatively to get your tools to do what you want them to do.
