1. I think the best way to create text is to use the Text tool. (I feel like that question was too easy...?) I like to add stroke, drop shadow, and outer glow to make the text stand out.
2. I LOVE clipping masks!! I think clipping masks for text is one of the most valuable skills I have learned this term. I will definitely be using them a lot in the future.
3.The pen tool seemed to work pretty good, I didn't quite see how it was any better than the lasso tool. I can see how the curves might be smoother but other than that not a huge difference.
4. Doing the book lesson I found that creating a custom shape is very easy. I didn't face any challenges with them.
5. As of now I don't see a reason to use smart objects. Hopefully I can find a good use for them in the future.
6. What keyboard shortcuts are you using regularly now?
"V", CMD+"S", SHIFT+Mouse (keep ratio of pic)
