1. I think rulers and guides are one of those things you never really use often. After you do use them once you realize how helpful they are. I will be using them ore often.
2. For this project I used the film grain filter and blur filter. I think all of them can be useful and Im glad I learned how to use two at once. For this composition it worked great! Blurring the lotus flowers created a nice effect so that it looks like they are out of focus in the background.
3. At first I didn't really see a use for smart objects. Once I started to resize the images without converting them compared to the ones I did convert, I noticed a big difference. I can see where it could come in handy.
4. I think the hardest part about any assignment is trying to follow every step and still make a composition that you can be happy with. For example, I found it very difficult to warp my text when I thought it would take away from the look I was trying to create. All in all I like the way it came out.
